The utility program (inithull) should be used mainly in the initial activities of a new project in the hull area. The environment (directories, data banks, ) is expected to be set (including the project file) prior to running the program.

Inithull can be used to set up certain defaults, to initialize data banks, set-up standards, When updating data banks inithull will normally work on the data banks of the current project.

Inithull should normally be used by the system or project manager. The ordinary users are not expected to run this module.
