Objects in the Structure Data Bank

The structure data bank contains model information about the steel structure of the ship, that means, all information that has steel related to it. The model information in the structure information is stored according to nominal dimensions and the adjustments for production are made when parts are extracted for production. Examples of such adjustments are shrinkage compensation, excess, shell plate development, development of knuckled pieces, changes for (varying) bevel angles and bevel gaps.
Additionally the structure data bank contains some table information and objects that describe miscellaneous types of hull standards, set up by the customer.
The table below lists the most important types of objects and the "data types" (object code 1) that are specific to them
