Ship Reference Grids

The user can use the ship reference grids to customise and display the reference and positions grid to user requirements. Which will help the user position an element with respect to the ship reference gridlines and absolute coordinates (X, Y and Z). From the main tool bar select Utilities > Ship Reference Grids, the Ship Reference Grids window will be displayed.
The Display Reference Grids for: pane allows the user to select (displays on the 3D view) the following check boxes:

Displays the Frame Gridlines |

LH Gridlines |
Displays the Horizontal Gridlines |

LV Gridlines |
Displays the Vertical Gridlines |
The Position Grid Planes and Tags Through: pane allows the user to change the following:

The user can customise how many frames and tags to be displayed in the 3D view and at what intervals. The can user can customise the colour, click on the colour box to change the colour. |

The user can customise how many horizontal frames and tags to be displayed in the 3D view and at what intervals. The can user can customise the colour, click on the colour box to change the colour. |
