View Local Claim State of Elements

To view the local claim state of all the elements in the current list, click Claim in the Records group of the Home tab. From the menu that is then displayed, click Show Claim State:

The Show Claim State window is then displayed:

Select the required options on the window to specify whether:

• the rows of elements claimed to a local claim will either be selected or highlighted (displayed with a different background color).

• all elements not claimed to a local claim, all elements claimed to a local claim, only those that have been modified, or only those not modified are to be selected/highlighted.

• only those elements claimed by the current user or by all users are to be selected/ highlighted.

Click OK. The window then closes and a progress bar is displayed while the local claim states of the elements in the list are queried.

The elements are then selected/highlighted in accordance with the selected options.

If only some of the attribute groups of an element have been claimed to a local claim and the highlight option was selected, only the columns in the claimed attribute groups are highlighted.

The default highlighting color can be changed via the Feedback Colors option in the Grid Options group of the View tab (See Cells for further information).

To remove highlighting, click Reset Cell Feedback in the Grid Actions group of the Home tab.
