In this section you can modify the settings that determine how the separate Parts List reports are created.

Option Descriptions

Option A |
Check this option if you wish the application to create a separate Parts List |

Option B |
Set this rule to find the Label Libraries where the parts list templates are stored.

Option C |
Choose from the drop-down list, the Label Library attribute that contains the descriptive text used in the next option D. Each LALB that contains Parts List templates should have this attribute set. |

Option D |
Choose from the drop-down list of LALB elements that determines the TYPE of parts list template to be used. The application will have read all available LALB elements for the descriptions. |

Option E |
Set this rule to find the SYTM that will be used in determining the data that appears in the Assembly Properties section of the parts list. How this is used is discussed in chapter Parts List Template earlier in this document. |

Option F |
Set this rule to find the SYTM that will be used in determining the data that appears in the Parts List section of the parts list. |
|
Option G |
Check the boxes of those output formats you require, either .txt for Text; .csv for Comma Separated Variable and .xls for Microsoft Excel formatted files. |

Option H |
Enter in this field, the path name of the folder in which you wish to create the formatted
files. If the folder does not exist then the system will create it. If the folder
does exist, you can locate it by using the standard file browser by clicking on the
