File Formats

Two particular files, the Topology (.top file) and CMP file, describing the internal compartmentation can be used with Compartment.

The Topology file can be read and written by Surface/Compartment.

The CMP file can only be read into Surface/Compartment, and is therefore only of particular interest when migrating existing models from the module Spaces which is being phased out.
