Segment Definition

The different ways of defining a segment equals the ways of defining lines and arcs. Whenever the user is requested to supply an arbitrary segment, the user can redefine the system-proposed mode just by selecting "LINE" or "ARC" and choosing one of the alternatives from the toolbar. The initial system-proposed mode is always "EXISTING SEGMENT".
