Component Deselection

1. Ctrl-click on a selected item to remove it from the current selection set.

2. Hold the key down while dragging out a selection rectangle to remove the selected items from the current selection set.

   Connected zero length or connected invisible components should never be left orphaned when either of their adjacent components are removed from the selection set.
