Functional Properties, Create

This function creates a table (object) containing "functional properties" that may be assigned to panels and parts in panels.

There are two options for creation of Functional Properties:

• They may be created via an input file.

• By pressing the Wizard button it is possible to display and add to the table of functional properties directly in inithull without any input file.
