This file may be imported if you require their own wind coefficients.
The file has the following fixed contents:

Title of up to 72 alphanumeric characters. |

Number of wind directions - maximum of 19. The wind data must range from 0 to 180 degrees, at an interval between 10 and 30 degrees, with 0 head onto the vessel. |

length between perpendiculars,
