Setting Up Administrative Access Rights

In order to use the Administrator options on the Draft menus, you must enter Marine as a User who is a member of the Draft Admin team, and you must have Read/Write access to the Draft database that holds the libraries. The System Administrator should ensure that projects are set up in this way.
