Purpose
To perform a boolean intersection operation on two objects.
Syntax
COMMON < $W $W > < /NONREG >
Description
Given two intersecting objects, specified via the cursor or by name, the operation will return the common part of the intersection as an object referenced under the name of the first object specified.
Command Qualifiers

The names of the objects on which the operation is to be performed. If not given the objects are selected via the cursor. |

If this option is used, interior faces that would normally be deleted, will remain in the new object and may also be subdivided. |
