Update the status of the raw plates in Design Application

In AVEVA Marine, a status called "PublishingStatus" is defined for all components. The status of the raw plates is modified through the Status controller window. Only approved designs can be published. Therefore, a raw plate must be progressed to ‘Approved’ before publishing.
