The hierarchical data extraction syntax is a combination of keywords that reflects how the user has built up the model.
The first keyword level is normally the application for example, Hull. The second keyword level is a specific object within the application.The following keyword levels determine a specific term within the object.The levels and keywords are of course different for the different kinds of object.
The levels are separated by the character '.'. Each keyword can normally be abbreviated to the number of characters where the keyword is still unique. The complete lists of keywords (and abbreviations allowed) are documented in the following sections:
