To save any changes made to data in lists click the Save Work button in the Quick Access Toolbar:
, select the Save Work option from the Project menu, or press Ctrl+S.
If the Prompt for Session Comment during Save Work checkbox in the Options window is checked (see Other Options), the Save Work Comment window is displayed:

Enter a session comment as required and click OK to complete the save. Click Cancel to cancel the save.
If the Prompt for Session Comment during Save Work checkbox is not checked, the save will take place immediately.
Note:
After changes have been saved, they cannot be undone using the Undo facility (see
Undo and Redo Changes).
Click Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
