Manoeuvring Data - Turning Circle

The turning circle is defined by a direction and a rudder angle (in addition to the data previously entered). Both tabular and graphical output is produced.
Direction

The rudder angle must be entered (between 0 and 35 degrees).

In addition, you may choose whether the turning manoeuvre will be to port or starboard.

Display Options
The Turning Circle graph is automatically scaled for best fit. However, you quite often wants to display two turning circles, and this is difficult if the scales are different (which will almost certainly be the case).
This set of data allows you to directly compare the resulting turning circle for two or more tests on the same scale.
Check the box next to Force Scale to turn this option on, and enter the minimum and maximum values for the axes.
