From the MMC the user can import a pre-purchased certificate.

  1. Navigate to Certificates (Local Computer) > Personal > Certificates.

  2. Right click Certificates and select All Tasks > Import.

  3. The Certificate Import Wizard will guide the user through importing a certificate file.
