The marking statement is used to define special marking of six different types:

Explicitly positioned marking triangles GSD's.

Marking lines resulting from intersections between selected reference planes and the current panel.

Arbitrary marking lines by arbitrarily given end points.

Marking defined as curve.

Marking defined as seam.

Marking defined as picture.

Marking defined as text.
