Conversion of Profiles to Plates

This document describes an option to convert flat bars and built profiles into plate parts or into plate parts and new profiles. If a built profile is split into other profiles these will always be flat bars.

The selection of profiles to be converted is done via a decision table (see below). No other input is necessary for the conversion.

The conversion of profiles takes place in the automatic parts extraction.
