Set-up of the IP File

IP's for this program are given in an ordinary ASCII file with the fixed name tbri4weld.ip, residing in the directory assigned to the environment variable SB_SHIP.

The following list shows all possible default parameters.

The ip´s above have the following meaning:

NO_BRACKETS,

Indicates that the panels are to be converted without brackets.

ADD_CLIPS,

Indicates that panels are to be converted with clips.

NO_CUTOUTS,

Indicates that the panels are to be converted without cutouts.

NO_ENDCUTS,

Indicates that the endcut geometry of all profiles will be disregarded.

NO_HOLES,

Indicates that the panels are to be converted without holes.

NO_PROFILES,

Indicates that the panels are to be converted without profiles.

NO_DOUBLINGS

Indicates that the panels are to be converted without doublings

PLATE_CONTOURS,

Indicates that panel plate contours are to be generated instead of panel contours.

PRODUCTION_INFORMATION,

Indicates that information about assemblies, position number, quality of steel, surface treatment and destination is to be generated where available.

TOPOLOGY,

Each volume will receive a sequential number corresponding to the identity.

NO_ECUT_VOLS,

Endcuts, cutouts, holes and notches on profiles are not represented as sub-volumes when this ip is defined.

EXT_PREC,

Coordinates will be output in E-format with 15 fractional digits and 2 digits in the exponent if this ip is defined. The default format is 6 fractional digits and 2 digits in the exponent.

PANEL_TRA_INFO,

Panel transformation matrix information will be output if this ip is defined.

CUT_AS_BULB,

By defining this ip it will be secured that endcut volumes for flange endcuts for L-, T-, I- and U-bars, that means, profiles with type >= 30, are created the same way as for bulb bars.

LAYER_BRACKETS, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for brackets.

LAYER_CLIPS, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for clips.

LAYER_CUTOUTS, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for cutouts.

LAYER_ENDCUTS, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for endcuts.

LAYER_FLANGES, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for flanges.

LAYER_HOLES, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for holes.

LAYER_NOTCHES, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for notches.

LAYER_PANELS, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for panels.

LAYER_PILLARS, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for pillars.

LAYER_PLATES, <layer no>,

Defines the desired layer number for plates.
