Update the status of the raw profiles in Design Application

In AVEVA Marine, a status called "PublishingStatus" is defined for all components. The status of the raw profiles is modified through the Status controller window. Only approved designs can be published. Therefore, a raw profile must be progressed to ‘Approved’ before publishing.
