Data Integrity Checking (CHECK or DICE)

Data Integrity Checking (CHECK command or DICE utility) is a generic Dabacon tool to check the data consistency within the database. It can be run for hull databases too, but since some of the hull references are hull internal name references, these will not be included in the check.
