Insert Corner/Segment Link

The Insert Corner/Segment functionality provides you with the ability to free form sketch the path or boundary (using the close option) of the Handrail using the graphics of the 3D view. The system prompts you in the status bar to graphically pick vertexes or edges along which the route will updates with each new selection. If the Closed toggle is checked the system will display the graphics in terms of a boundary definition, unchecked displays a path definition. The escape key will exit from the free form sketching functionality and the system will activate the modification options if any further editing of the path or boundary is required.

To save the route definition to the database, select the Accept Changes link followed by the Back to Create Handrail link to Create Handrail.
