OVERLAP CHECK

Purpose:

To check the nested plate and parts to determine if the gaps between the plate edge and the nested parts, or the gaps between adjacent parts are less than specified in the default file.

Prerequisites:

A nest must be open.

Instruction:

None.

Not available.

Result:

Any overlap is identified on the screen. Confirm acceptance of the overlaps or rework the nest to remove overlaps. Note that only one overlap is identified at a time. Rectification of one overlap may reveal further overlaps.
