Tags User Guide

The AVEVA Tags User Guide describes the features of the Tags module and how to use them.

The Tags module can be used to:

• Create, manage and view user-defined lists of elements from an AVEVA Marine project database.

• Use these lists to add, edit and delete elements.

• Navigate the hierarchical structure of a database using an explorer. Use the explorer to view, add, edit and delete elements.

• View and change the lifecycle status of elements.

• Highlight changes to elements between selected database sessions.

• Manage local and extract claims of elements and attributes.

• Compare attributes in other AVEVA product databases and update and link them if required.

• Export and import data to and from Excel spreadsheets.

• Publish data to AVEVA AIM.

• View the schematic diagrams, schematic models and the files, URLs and e-mail addresses associated with elements.

• Produce reports from list data.
