Cableway

A cableway element is used to reserve a volume in space through which cables can be run and the cableway material placed.

Referring to the Cabling Hierarchy, the first task is to create a cableway element in the Design Database.

Before creating a cableway element the correct database elements should already be present in the Design Explorer, that means, a World, Site and Zone should exist. If this is not the case, refer to Getting Started with PlantMarine for a detailed explanation of creating these standard elements.
